University of Florida Performing Arts Policies And Procedures Committee

Appointment:  By President or his designee.

Chair:  Elected by the committee

1. Review and make recommendations to the Provost, or his/her designee, relative to all policies and operations of the University of Florida's performing arts venues (Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, the Baughman Center, University Auditorium).
2. Review and update the policy and operations manuals for these facilities, including information such as rental rates, Box Office operations, scheduling procedures, and emergency procedures.

Term:  1 year - unlimited
