The Humanities General Education Task Force adjourned after preparing its final report, which recommended that HUM 2305: What is the Good Life? be a required course of all first-year students, beginning with the 2012 matriculating class.  The UCC approved that HUM 2305 should be a required course for all freshmen who enroll for the first time in Summer B 2012 or later and that the course will satisfy three credits of Humanities general education (see minutes of the UF Faculty Senate for January 26, 2012).
